Mayhem has been hovering near Charlie ever since his checkup. He tested positive for heart worms. He is on medication morning and night and has been removed from duty until he is completely well.
The vet said there was no sign of them multiplying, that we may have caught it at a very early stage. He exhibits no outward symptoms.
We will know more by Tuesday.
